After the high.
A wedding day remembered — and the unexpected feelings that came afterwards.
Watch Paradise ↗The Rabbitts · The story behind Paradise
A friendship, a life on the move,
and the space to hear what comes next.

01 · The beginning
Lucy and Odhran met as teenagers in 2013. The musical partnership grew alongside the life they were making together.
By 2017, they were living in a van in Canada, releasing music as a duo and touring from west to east. The road was part of their earliest chapter as The Rabbitts.
Returning to the UK, they expanded the group with bassist Robin G. Breeze and drummer Julien Beghain. The current line-up has been together since 2022.
02 · Orbital Collection
Between August 2024 and August 2025, The Rabbitts released four EPs, each with its own mood and identity. Brought together as Orbital Collection on 22 August 2025, they form the chapter preceding Paradise.
Touring gave the songs another life. In 2025, more than half the dates on a 15-show UK tour sold out — a growing audience for music that asks listeners to come a little closer.
03 · Winter, 2026
At the start of 2026, Lucy and Odhran stepped away from everyday distractions for an off-grid writing retreat in the Pyrenees.
The songs written there became Paradise. The title holds more than a promise of escape: the first singles look at moments when happiness and sadness sit unexpectedly close together.
“Paradise I” looks back at their wedding in June 2025 and the emotional crash that followed such a joyful day. “Cold Summer” speaks to a wider sadness, written at a time when people around them were struggling to stay afloat.

Watch Cold Summer ↗04 · The Boathouse
The band recorded Paradise with Adam Bowers at the Boathouse Studio on the banks of the River Orwell.
Odhran’s guitars and fiddle meet Lucy’s mandolin and mandola, with Robin’s bass and piano and Julien’s drums and percussion completing the palette. The two voices remain at its centre.
Odhran mixed and mastered the album; Lucy created its artwork and design. Paradise is due on 13 November 2026, followed by a 15-date UK tour.
