E-Wired Empathy · Live

A musical journey, since 2021

Different worlds.
One live encounter.

An international ensemble where art rock, electronics, contemporary composition and Mediterranean traditions move into the same musical space.

E-Wired Empathy brings together musicians whose paths run through the worlds of Peter Gabriel, Sting, progressive rock and Southern Italian music. Acoustic instruments and electronic sound meet through improvisation, composition and the energy of live performance.

Now entering a new phase, the ensemble builds its repertoire around two major works: The Fermi Paradox and City, with Mediterranean interludes connecting them.

The Fermi Paradox

Music.
Science.
Our possible futures.

A project born from the encounter between music, science and reflection on the future of humanity.

The Fermi Paradox gives the programme its central point of departure: a musical journey across different perspectives, sounds and cultures.

Alongside it, City draws inspiration from the work of Clifford D. Simak. Mediterranean interludes carry regional instruments and musical languages through the performance, creating connections between memory, place and the future.

Tradition in motion

A shared language.
Always becoming.

Mediterranean traditions enter the music as living voices, with the freedom to change through encounter. The ensemble’s different backgrounds become part of the performance itself.

Guest collaborations with Petit Solo Diabaté, Jeff Coffin and Mostafa Taleb extend the conversation across Africa, the Mediterranean, Europe and beyond.
